Some New Pics of my Little Man....

So clearly I am bad at this whole blogging thing as I never post anything..... Anyhow here are some new pics of what we have been up to!

This was at Easter, we went up to Bryan's Sister's house and spent part of the day up there after Church. I think Elijah had fun playing with his big cousins!

He likes to be pulled around in anything, it is very sweet :)

Elijah sorta crawls... well in his own way it more looks like he is doing the "worm" but he gets around where he needs to go!

Elijah LOVES when Daddy pushes him around in trucks, he could do it all day!

Elijah went out on the swing for the first time. Of course he couldn't do it by himself and I dont know what he thought about it...

Trying on his new Easter outfit that Grandma Tracy bought him when we went shopping. I think he knew he looked pretty cute!

We had this old box sitting around for awhile and I was going to throw it but I thought it would be fun to make him a "car". Well... it sorta looked like a car, I am not a very talented car maker but Elijah had fun being pushed around in it anyhow.

My little man on his truck! He loves to sit on it and always smiles big. Clearly he is too big for it so I am on the hunt for a bigger truck for him to ride in.

So that is about all... He just turned 11 months and I am starting to plan his big first birthday which is fun. I will try and post more pictures soon again!

Some new Pics!

So I guess I am not a very good blogger since I never update this thing!! Here are some pics of Elijah, he is a busy little boy these days. He is 8 1/2 months old now! He is rolling, and babbling and loves to eat solid foods!! And of course a very smiley little guy :)

I took this one last night, it is funny how things that are not "toys" are better than his actual toys!

This was about 2 weeks ago while I was cleaning his room and putting his diapers away. Again more fun with the non toys!

These two we did for Bryan's birthday. If you don't know Bryan is part of a ministry called Sermon Jams. (www.1031sermonjams.com) so we took these photos and made him a coffee mug with some of these pics on it. He loved it!

This one was about 3 months ago at the Children's Museum with MOMS.

Helping Mom with Laundry

I have this wonderful little helper with the laundry! All I have to do is dump out all the cloths and he will sit and play with them and of course they go right into his mouth while I fold.

Elijah is a busy little boy these days. He is now 7 months old, he sits up, is chowing on solids, and I think crawling could be in the next month or two...

Advent Calendar

This year I finally got around to making an Advent Calendar. It was fun to make new traditions now that our family has grown a little bit, and have things that Elijah is excited to look foreward to in the Christmas Season. An Advent Calendar is a count down to Christmas. There are a lot of different things that you can do with it. Here is ours....

I went to Michael's for my supplies and decided on these little bags. I got some some glue and glitter out and had some fun glittering the numbers. I found out that I really like to glitter!! Then I punched a hole in all of the bags and tied string on them, then hung them up.

Then I put a verse in each of the bags to read each night during the month of advent. The scripture starts in the Old Testament and ends with the Birth of Christ on Christmas Eve. It shows how the entire Bible points to Jesus.
